RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns Introduction

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unmounted, and uninstalled

  • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included

  • Return request must be submitted within [X] days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products

  • Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or modification

3. Fitment Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for confirming proper fitment prior to purchase.

G-Force Industry provides fitment guidance only and does not guarantee compatibility. Returns will not be accepted for incorrect fitment once items have been mounted or installed.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges may be permitted for eligible items, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns

  • Additional shipping costs may apply

  • Price differences may be charged or refunded accordingly

5. Return Process

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

  4. Items returned without authorization may be refused

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • G-Force Industry is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

7. Restocking Fees
