1. Manufacturer Warranties

Most products sold by G-Force Industry are covered by manufacturer warranties, not warranties issued by G-Force Industry.

5. Warranty Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  3. Include clear photos of the product and any visible defects

  4. Do not mount, install, or use the product once a defect is identified

G-Force Industry will assist in facilitating communication with the manufacturer when applicable, but final warranty approval is at the manufacturer’s discretion.

6. Shipping & Inspection

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims

  • Items must be inspected upon delivery

  • Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may void eligibility for a warranty claim.
